After 18 years of providing exceptional Guest experiences, Etihad Guest decided it was time for a refresh – enhancing their award-winning loyalty programme to be more rewarding and personalised than ever.
With this in mind, we were challenged to relaunch Etihad Guest with a focus on being the most personalised travel and lifestyle programme out there.
SOLUTION
A hyper-personalised rewards programme creates a world of travel that's full of unique experiences. So, we decided to put our Guests front and centre.
Always captured from a screen POV, our fully integrated campaign showcased the surprise and delight that all Guests can experience when they choose to ‘Journey On Your Terms’.
From Social and VOD to full-scale DOOH takeovers and 3D screens, our campaign gave the world a glimpse of what they can expect when they travel as an Etihad Guest.
